The Experience
We arrive 90 minutes before service with everything we need — pimento wood already lit on the way in. You don't lift a finger.
Wesley cooks in your kitchen, plates in your dining room, and explains every dish as it lands. Front-of-house staff bring it out, top up drinks, and clear down. By the time you're on dessert the kitchen is already spotless.
You wake up with a clean house and a story your guests are still talking about.

What You Need
A Working Kitchen
Standard hob & oven. We bring everything else. We don't need fancy.
Outdoor Space
For the grill — patio, balcony, garden. No garden? We have a portable rig.
8–24 Guests
Smaller and we struggle to do four courses well. Bigger and you want full catering.
